Well what can I say have just spent 3 days in London at the Next Step event with Joseph McClendon and 1300 other freekin rocking people. I was excited before I went and did not know what to expect. WOW it was fantastic and a real life changing event. Joe is a superb coach and presenter and his energy and enthusiasm is something else. He is holding another event in June and If your looking for an inspirational and life changing seminar then get yourself along.
I am wired today like I have never been before!!! and do you know the best thing of all I can't stop smiling. How good is that.
Anyway signing off now but before I go let me share this with you.The next time you feel angry or stressed, step back and smile it will change your mood. Go on try it.
