Negative thoughts

At times negative thoughts will creep into your head. Our self doubts will raise and that voice will tell you it can't be done , it won't work, it will be a disaster etc etc.

Do you know that you can only have 1 thought in your head at any one time so when the negative comes to call you have a choice. So stop rid your head of the negative and replace with a positive thought (a great memory from the past is good) This works always.

Go on try it and see the difference it will make.

Coaching

I am passionate about coaching and getting the best out of people and I know I can do it from my clients feedback and results.

Often the people who really need it can't afford it (although in my view we all should have a coach) So I have decided to form a coaching group of a select group who I can help at a reduced cost to my usual fees.

Keeping positive

It is hard to do even when you work on this as living like I do. However the moment you let negativity creep in then things don't go for you. So keep positive keep doing the right things and keep taking action and things will happen for you.

A Passion for helping

Have spent a great day today working with a friend on a joint venture. We are putting together some programmes that are aimed at helping people and businesses really improve. I am so excited about this and can't wait until we launch in April.

It really is great to have a passion for what you do and I have that. I love coaching people and seeing them flourish and even more special that's how I make my living! How lucky am I? It took me a long time to realise that if your going to work make sure your doing something you love. If you don't it could be a long boring life! Think about it.

Leadership for me is common sense and behaviours and if you get this right you will get the best out of the people you lead and subsequently great results.

Of course there are things to learn but for me Leadership can be covered by 8 key traits.

Great People

I gave a presentation yesterday at a networking event all about the 7 Keys to business success. It seemed to go down OK and I took questions at the end. One guy asked me what I thought was the most important key and without hesitation I replied "Mindset" and I truly believe that is the 1 as if you have not got the mindset right then you will not succeed.
