Hi.......Just had an amazing few days.Been to Nottingham and seen all my children there this weekend. My daughter Laura had a little boy Ollie on Saturday and all is well for her Ollie her partner Colin and other son Logan. I also went to see my hero the legend that is Paul Weller and he was better than ever. Tine and I also visited my Brother Greg who is unwell at the moment I love my big Bro and thoughts and prayers are with him at this time.
Been coaching some great clients over the past few weeks and this really is my passion it's great to see people get the results and success they deserve.
Take care and do something nice for someone today. It makes a difference.
