People need coaching

Hi all,

Have just held my first Leadership workshop in the South West and I was really pleased how it went. It is becoming more and more apparent to me how much people do need coaching and what a difference it makes. That's why I love what I do as it does make a difference and quickly. One of my clients in the South West recently rang me in an excited state on a Friday afternoon to tell me that his company had gone into the black for the first time in 2 years. He put it solely down to the coaching I had been giving him. It was really down to the coaching and more importantly him taking action.

Anyway how do you think we both felt!
